Scheduling also allows you to take advantage of advanced analytics, which can help you determine the best times to post and the types of content that perform best.
So, by scheduling your posts in advance, it’s like using a social media power tool and you can free up time to interact with your audience and create even more engaging content.

How do you use Smarterqueue?
It is easy to use Smarterqueue once you get the hang of it. However, by following these simple steps, you will be well on your way to using Smarterqueue like a pro!
Account Setup
The first step is to sign up for a Smarterqueue account. Although this is not a free social media management platform, however, the company provides a 14-day free trial. This will give you ample time to decide if the company is a good fit for your business needs.
After creating an account, you will then be prompted to add all of your social media accounts. Smarterqueue makes it easy to connect all of your accounts in one sitting. Once they are connected, you will be given a brief tour of how to navigate the platform.
Categories Choices
One of the biggest reasons for the popularity of Smarterqueue is the ability to categorize posts. This categorization feature will make your life much easier, quicker, and neater, and will save you time and stress in the long run. Smarterqueue gives you the option of color coding and customizing your content categories to suit your needs.
When you access the Queue, which is where you can view and schedule your posts, you have the option of viewing them as a list, weekly, monthly, or by profile or category. This latter option is extremely handy when trying to locate a specific post.
Post/Content Creation
This is the most important step in using Smarterqueue, as it is the meat and potatoes of what the platform offers. To create content, simply click on the ‘Add Content’ option located at the top of the screen. This will give you several choices for adding content, including creating it manually on Smarterqueue, importing from RSS or CSV files, finding content online, or using your media library. For Manual Post Creation
In the case of manual customization, you have the option of sharing the same posts across all social media platforms. However, because each platform has different character limits and requirements, you also have the ability to amend each post individually. This is a great time-saver! Don’t forget to have Grammarly enabled too! This will mean fewer typos and more professional-looking content.
While creating posts, you can also mention or tag others, as well as use hashtags to your heart’s content. Some other useful features include the ability to add multiple links, create carousel posts, as well as text snippets. Text snippets are an awesome feature that allows you to save frequently used text and hashtag lists, so you don’t have to keep typing them out each time.
Finally, no post is complete without some sort of media. Smarterqueue gives you the option of adding images, videos, and GIFs, directly from your computer or from the web, including free images you may have sourced from Pexels, Pixabay or the like.

For Sharing Existing Content
In case you want to share existing content, you can simply search it using a hashtag, username, URL, or direct search term in the search box located under ‘Find Content.’ This is a quick and easy way to find and share content that’s already out there.
For RSS, CSV, or Local Content
If you want to import content from RSS, CSV, or directly from your desktop, Smarterqueue provides clear and concise instructions on how to do so. This is a great option if you have a lot of content that you want to upload onto the platform.
You can also choose to share your best posts again at a later date by selecting the ‘Reshare’ option. This is a great way to boost engagement on your social media profiles.
Scheduling Your Posts
Done with all the content creation process? Now is the time to share it publicly. You can use the ‘Evergreen Post Recycling,’ feature to choose if you want the post to be published only once or if it should be recycled and reposted again. The latter is a good idea if you want to keep your social media profiles fresh with relevant content.
You can also select ‘When To Post’ for each of your posts. You have the freedom to choose what to do with the post: publish it immediately, schedule it for a specific date and time, or add it to the bottom of your queue.
If you want to view all your scheduled posts in one place, go to ‘Queue’ and select the list, weekly, monthly, or profile/category view.
Does Smarterqueue have an App?
Yes, Smarterqueue does have an app that can be downloaded on both iOS and Android devices. However, many users have found the app to be less user-friendly than the desktop version and report that it can be ‘clunky’ to use at times. There have also been issues reported with notifications not working properly on the app, won’t even load new images, and is not user-friendly. This is the reason that the app has received a very low rating on the Google Play Store.
Overall, it seems that the Smarterqueue app is not as user-friendly as the desktop version and may cause more frustration than it’s worth. If you need to use Smarterqueue on your mobile device, stick to the website instead of the app.
Is Smarterqueue free?
No, Smarterqueue is not a free platform. However, they do offer a 14-day free trial so that you can test out all of the features before committing to a paid subscription. Simply sign up for an account and begin using the features.
Your free trial will begin once you have set up your Posting Plan and queued up your first post. If you decide not to subscribe at the end of your trial, you can still subscribe at a later time and pick up from where you left off and find your content intact. However, your Queue will be paused if you do not subscribe by the end of the trial period.

SmarterQueue makes it easy to recycle your evergreen content and keep your audience engaged.
